If This Doesn't Change Then ShinGoji Is Lazy 😜 DESCRIPTION: 3,320 passengers could board the British passenger ship RMS Titanic, which was run by the White Star Line. It had 20 lifeboats as well. It had more than 2,208 passengers and crew on board during its maiden-voyage which departed from Southampton, Cherbourg, and Ireland before traveling across the North Atlantic Ocean. The crew appeared to disregard the warnings and instead headed south, which turned out to be a bad decision when the ship struck an iceberg just before midnight, damaging well over six compartments. Because the Titanic can only withstand up to five damaged compartments, the ship was doomed to sink and founder, and out of the 2,200 passengers and crew, only a small fraction survived.
