RPC & Display Ready Case Robotic Palletizing

The RPC & Display Ready Case Robotic Palletizing system functions together with a specialized Pick Conveyor and Dual Belt Metering Conveyor to allow accurate and precise palletizing of display ready cases, RPC’s and standard corrugated cases. Multiple pallet block patterns are possible with this system and many configurations are available. This system allows for nail guards and slip sheets to be handled automatically with optional accessories. To ensure the highest quality, each system is fully factory tested prior to delivery. Its cost versus conventional systems, small factory footprint and its ability to service multiple lines concurrently make this system the logical choice for precision palletizing.
