D&D - Nikakikh (Live) Octatrack, A4, TT303, Clouds, Rytm, Strymon, Ripples..

Today we finally employed our TB-303 machine in the production. Besides the proper squelching that it provides by default it also triggers the modular granules on the MI Clouds sampler. The noisy and dirty bass from Shapeshifter with syncopating layers is using self-modulation to create this complex tone. The bass is combo of FM and analog synthesis. A4 provides us with a punchy mix-cutting arpeggio that goes well with the groove. A massive BD combo running from Electron Rytm along with a bunch of percussion, and a few supporting perc instruments to complete the picture.
