Very easy patchwork block! Sew scraps of fabric into strips. Add stripes of background fabric. If you make the colored strips 1-1/ 2 inches wide, then the size of the finished block will be 17-1/2 inches. And if you cut colored strips 2 inches wide, then the size of the finished block will turn out to be 19 inches. The seam allowance is 1/4 inch. Additionally, we cut the central square of 5 inches.
