Burgas is the second-largest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and the fourth-largest in Bulgaria after Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna. The population is around 200,000 inhabitants. It is the capital of Burgas Province and an important industrial, transport, cultural and tourist centre. The city is surrounded by the Burgas Lakes and the large Burgas Bay. There are many nature preservation areas around town. The population in the summer increases. Burgas has a lovely central area (not shown in this video), a nice long beach and beach promenade fenced with nice gardens leading to the renovated port of Burgas. The city has a big expat community.
