It seems that the Russian Missile that hit Lviv a few days ago was a Kh-101 cruise missiles with L-504 IR decoy system. The interesting part about this system is, it allows the missile to deploy decoy flares and other countermeasures to mislead enemy air defense systems. Source: Lord Of War
