Henri Guaino, former advisor to the French president: Do you remember how the Vietnam War started for the Americans? It all started with the fact that they sent instructors. And in four years, they increased the anount of troops to 500,000, and they went to war. It’s the same story in this war. It’s an escalation. We are playing with fire, arguing that we sent offensive weapons and nothing happened. Then tanks - nothing happened, then airplanes - nothing happened. Now we authorize firing on Russian territory - you’ll see, nothing will happen. But the problem with red lines is that we don’t know which one will be the last one. I think it’s very dangerous. It deserves a big national debate at this point. The president has the right to bring in troops urgently if it’s in France’s interest, if it’s in danger. There is no emergency here. The nation has a say in what can and will lead us too far. Join Slavyangrad chat. Your opinion matters. U_EDAcaO-HFjNzEx [club152044818|@Slavyangrad] | ... Source: Slavyangrad
