Good will come to those who are generous4 1 Chronicles 29:14 “But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand. Thousands of years ago the great patriarch David even though he was unable to build a temple for the Lord he did have the freedom to contribute to the work. David could have been selfish he could have been stingy he could have said well since I cannot build the temple I will not support those who have been entrusted to do so but this was not David's attitude, David's attitude was even though I cannot build the temple I can contribute greatly to those that God has instructed to build it. My prayer for each of us things that we know are good and that will for whatever reason cannot carry out May we be willing as David was to contribute greatly to those projects.
