As we see God dealing with his people the nation of Israel thousands of years ago and we see God dealing with his people today the body of Christ we see a theme of God that has not changed. Even if we go all the way back to our great ancestor Adam the first man we will see this theme stressed. The theme that has not changed weather it was the first man and woman Adam and the woman, whether it was the nation of Israel, whether it is the church today God has always wanted, demanded, expected, obedience out of his people.
