Hurricane Debby may have turned into tropical storm Debby but it's still packing quite a wallop. It is wreaking havoc in Florida with massive flooding. A parking lot of an apartment complex is underwater. A couple in Sarasota, Florida, lost everything. As the water began to sweep through their house, they raced to the second floor to wait it out.
