Flood sweeps everything away in Beijing, China A natural disaster is a major adverse event resulting from natural processes of the Earth; examples include floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis, storms, rain, hail, wildfire, waves, wind, snow, weather and other geologic processes. Beijing has issued the highest red warning for geological disasters and meteorological risks due to super typhoon Doksuri. In some areas of the Chinese capital, there is a risk of landslides, mudflows and soil collapses, local authorities explained. Because of this, tens of thousands of city residents are also evacuated.
