“Edges of existence“ is an experimental ambient full album by Runaway Horses, released on 13th December 2022. All of Runaway Horses albums are here on this channel. The genesis of this album dates back to some time ago. I was producing some tracks that followed a certain pattern: those sounded a bit odd, too experimental for what I released at the time, and they often featured a felt piano. It seems those - and more tracks that came after - came well together as a pensive, at times unsettling picture consisting of a tapestry (no pun intended) of tape machines and field recordings. “Edges of existence“ just wants to be that: a soundtrack to the everlasting drive to question this existence, to test the boundaries of what we consider reality.
