BEST MORNING CARDIO ROUTINE FOR BEGINNERS

Do this every day if you are a beginner looking for a quick routine to kick yourself back into gear, but actually enjoy doing it! This busy morning cardio workout is quick and fun, but don't underestimate the burn and the sweat. This workout burned 140 calories and kept my heart rate up. My most important tip for this workout is that you start with a definite intention for the workout and for the day, and that you focus on that intention throughout. Know that you are in control of your emotions and that you have the power to lead your life with purpose and intention. I believe you can do this. Todays workout has 20 second exercise intervals followed by 10 second jogging intervals. This means that we keep our heart rate up with little rest, maximizing our exercise time. If any of the exercises are too challenging, go back to the job or march on the spot. Remember that exercise is only part of the journey. If your goal is to see a physical change, you will also have to take into consideration the amount and quality of the food that you are eating!
