What happens to a human body when a submarine implodes? Well, first off there are NOT supposed to be any human remains to find. The Oceangate Titan Submersible imploded last week on its way down to the wreckage of the RMS Titanic. Experts (and junior sleuths like me) told you there wouldn't be any human remains to be found because of the extreme pressures at these ocean depths. But then just a few days ago rescue teams and media outlets all over the internet announced that they HAD FOUND “presumably“ human remains. Whatever they found is 100% not any type of formed tissue or whole part. We are not talking about a hand, leg, or formed parts. The pressure of the implosion at these depth makes anything like that impossible. However there are things that get put into human being that might still be classified as remains. My bet is on some form of dental device or a surgical implant. This may sound gruesome, but these types of items are used regularly in identifying unknown victims and/or bodies that have been damaged in a way that makes other methods of identification unusable. #oceangate #titanic #implosion
