Naughty 15 day old seal pup won't stop swimming. Mother tries to stop him and fails

Baby seals aren't waterproof so shouldn't spend too much time in the sea. This seal pup loved swimming too much and even his mother couldn't stop him going back out for a swim. Atlantic Grey Seals - Halichoerus grypus Since 2017 a seal colony has started using a beach close to where I live. I'm doing my best to get the seals more protection and permanent signs asking people to not go close, especially during pupping season and moulting season. Every year more baby seals are born and numbers of seals hauled out is growing.
