If You Want to Climb the Best of Spain You Have to Hit Chulilla | Europe's Best Crags, Ep. 8

Alex and Jen are traveling around Europe to take you to the continent's can't-miss climbing destinations. This week they roll into Chulilla, Spain, a massive limestone sport climbing area a mere 30 miles from Valencia. Although it fell into disrepair in the 90's it's back with new bolts and new routes. The routes start at 6a/ and quickly jump up to the 7b/ range. You might not like the crappy edges but the thick, striated tufa's are a climber's dream. Just watch out for the run-outs between the bolts. Yikes!
