Для теста 400 г муки 150 мл холодной воды ( использовать болше , если это необходимо ) Соль 1 яйцо Для начинки 500 г говядины (можно также использовать половину говядины, половина свинины ) 1 большая луковица 3 зубчика чеснока Специи , соль и перец The ingredients we are going to need are very simple: For the dough 400 gr of flour 150 ml of cold water ( use more if needed) Salt 1 egg For the filling 500 gr of beef ( can also use half beef, half pork) 1 large onion 3 cloves of garlic Spices, salt & pepper Step 1: First we make our dough. We mix flour, a bit of salt, egg on a flat surface. We slowly add water, little by little and mix the dough hard. This might take up to 5 minutes. Step 2: Roll out the dough into strips and cut with a knife small pieces about 1-2 cm wide. Step 3: Roll out the dough into mini circles Step 4: Now we will be making our filling, we mix meat with onion, garlic and spices.
