Russia is lashing out as the US plans to appoint a special envoy to kill the Nord-Stream 2 energy project. The pipeline is said to move massive amounts of gas to areas of Europe. Now, the White House is looking at former Ukrainian gas executive as a last-ditch effort to derail this project. RT’s Igor Zhdanov reports.
