At least 115 people were confirmed dead after the Islamic State claimed an attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, as per Russian investigators. The committee said the gunmen used “flammable liquid“ to set fire to the concert hall while people were still inside. “The causes of death were gunshot wounds and poisoning by combustion products,” said Russian investigators. Meanwhile, Russian officials said President Vladimir Putin was told that 11 suspects had been detained in connection with the attack on March 22. Four people directly involved in the attack are among 11 arrested, Russia's security chief has told Putin.
