Recorded August 4-5, 2011 While sailing the Baltic Sea on the Emerald Princess I took a 2-day deluxe shore excursion in St. Petersburg, Russia. My tour included Peter and Paul Fortress, Petergof, Church of Our Savior on the Spilled Blood, St. Isaac Cathedral, and the Hermitage Museum. The highlight of our visit was the Imperial Reception at Catherine Palace. We also took a scenic boat cruise on the rivers and canals of the city. Watch my complete Russia video @
