Several shots of King George VI (Duke of York, Prince Albert), Queen Elizabeth (Queen Mother, Duchess of York), Princess Elizabeth (Queen Elizabeth II) and Princess Margaret watching a march past by Boy Scouts at Windsor Castle. The annual parade is in honour of St George. The Scouts raise their hats and cheer as they go past the royal family. The royals talk to some of the Scouts after the parade, then walk over to talk to members of Foden's Motor Works Band who played for the march past.
