Steve Hackett on Brand X and Percy Jones

In this short clip from the upcoming feature film about the British band Brand X, “Brand X: The Desert Years (2024), Ex-Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett discusses his long-standing interest in the band, going back to the 1970s, as well as his fascination for Phil Collins’s ability to blend-in with a variety of styles. Hackett praises bassist Percy Jones and talks about working with him on Voyage of the Acolyte, his first solo album.
