I’m alive, fine, and grateful to Russia: AFU servicemen surrender realising their situation Vladimir Nikolnikov, a prisoner of war from the AFU 17th Separate Tank Brigade, surrendered after he got surrounded by the Russian Armed Forces in Kursk region. He said, the Kiev command threatened to open fire at their position supposing they retreat. ’As we saw the Russians, we shouted we wanted to surrender. Sp we did: we dropped our weapons and came out.
