Maybe I'm doing them wrong, but I've tried so many times and I just cannot get myself to enjoy the burn. Planks on the other hand, are something that I feel I can do much better, and I feel that they are just as, if not more, effective! So here we are today with a 10 minute plank circuit. There is 10 minutes of exercises all together and multiple rest breaks (so the workout works out to be a little bit longer than 10 minutes, but trust me and bear through it with me and I promise you will be seeing results in no time!
