The best track from Procol's Ninth, the last album in a series by the band that I bought on vinyl. As a single it reached #16 in the UK. It is an interesting melody that continually teeters between frivolity and the ominous. As music it seems a perfect match for the alternating mood in that other Pandora's Box ... the classic cinematic one from 1929 starring Louise Brooks. My tribute then to both the song and the film. Would make a wonderful trailer if the song was actually used in the film score.
