You can tap to copy your game ID from the game settings! 📒 Ingredients (1 salad): - 1 eggplant; - 1 tomato; - Cream cheese (100g); - Sunflower oil (200 ml); - 1 clove of garlic; - Starch - 2 tbsp; - Coriander (cilantro); - Salt - 1/2 tbsp; For the lemon mix: - Sunflower or olive oil - 2 tbsp; - Lemon zest - 1 tbsp; - Sugar - 1 tbsp; - A pinch of pepper. 👩🍳 Instructions - Add the lemon zest, pepper and sugar to the sunflower or olive oil and mix; - Cut the eggplant into pieces and add salt to it, let it rest for at least 20 minutes; - Cut the tomato, coriander (cilantro) and garlic; - Dry the eggplant and cover it in starch; - Fry till golden brown and remove the extra oil; - Place all the veggies on a plate and add the lemon mix; - Add the cream cheese on top.
