Shisui Uchiha (NEW Re-Kit) Ability Showcase | Naruto x Boruto Ninja Voltage

Shisui, the strongest character in the game currently, has gotten a re-kit. A REALLY early re-kit might I add. So how does it fair and does it even improve him at all? Jutsu description below. His new ultimate, Susano'o Tsukumo, has Shisui envelope himself within his susano'o, dealing 360 AoE damage around him and shooting also attacking in a line, dealing multiple ticks of damage and increasing his attack power [Effect: Large]. This is a 120 second ultimate that does not decrease in cooldown with dupes.
