The music is characterized by analogue sounds, in-depth melodies and cool synthesizers Sounds and drum machines of the early 80’s. Minimal electronics, danceability, edgy-slanted vocal lines as well as playful, but also experimental sounds are a constant part. The exact characterization of the musical style is due to the great stylistic diversity just as difficult as demarcating postminimalism. The cult band Mangelexemplar stands for a minimal art form without claiming a complex explanatory model and for a minimalist, puristic sound and dance experience
