Did Jesus Rise from the Dead in the Quran (LIVE with David & AP)

The most common Muslim view of Quran 4:157-158 is “substitution theory” (the theory that Allah miraculously substituted someone else for Jesus, and that this other person was crucified in Jesus’ place). However, the Quran doesn’t actually say anything about this substitution, as it comes from later commentaries. If we let the Quran speak for itself, a number of views become possible, including the Christian view that God raised Jesus from the dead! David Wood and the Apostate Prophet discuss the issue.
