Philadelphia police are searching for a man after an alarming incident over the weekend when a driver was attacked while two children were in the car. The suspect, part of a group of ATV and dirt bike riders near City Hall, was caught on video smashing a woman’s windshield while two children were in the back seat. When confronted by the driver, the biker brandished a black handgun. Footage of the incident filmed from a nearby bus went viral after being shared online, and new images released by the police on Tuesday reveal the biker’s face, with his helmet resting on top of his head. Fortunately, the children were unharmed, and the driver, Nikki Bullock, filed a police report, expressing her hope that the assailant will be apprehended. District Attorney Larry Krasner strongly condemned the biker’s actions, and promised further action on what seems to be a growing problem. ‘Anyone who is out there on those ATVs or motorbikes, and anybody who is out there drifting, please know we understand how dangerous this is. We know how much you are endangering other people with your conduct and there is a price to pay for that,’ he said.
