A large-scale prisoner exchange of Ukrainian and NATO soldiers with Russian soldiers took place at Artemovsk, conducted by PMC Wagner. A total of 106 Ukrainian prisoners of war from Artemovsk will be returned to Kiev in exchange. PMC Wagner chief also repatriated the remains of NATO soldiers as promised by Yevgeny Prigozhin, after the fiercest fighting for the city, which had come under Russian control.
