Thank you Chris Gilliam!! Never had potted meat before. Never again 😂 6 lbs potted meat, 4 lbs chili, 2 lbs bread, 2 lbs Mayo and 1.5 lbs pickles (with the brine) = 15.5 lb sandwich (we will say 15 for an 8 ounce variance) Bon appetite!! I'm a mom who has worked in every aspect of the food industry shy of owning my own place and being a core manager. I love people and new things. I'm up for just about anything. I am a Woman/Mom vs Food but I will definitely run with the boys! I've done speed contests, spicy contests, gross challenges, massive (nearly impossible) challenges and am not afraid to double or triple up if a restaurant lets me! Oh my huh ?!?! Let's do this!
