You would assume these features were simple to implement...

...but you absolutely have no idea what a pain in the ass it was to get the seemingly basic feature of having an item get removed from the inventory screen when used and then having everything else shift over to the empty space! XD Took me over a week to come up with the solution! I also noticed during testing videos that people were attempting to smack things while sprinting, but the functionality wasn't there. It USED to be in there, but due to some bugs with the animations I took it out. After seeing people naturally try to do it though, I decided to put it back in and managed to fix the bugs. :D
