See a perfect example of Authentic Turkish Breakfast in an old-style decorated Turkish House Konak. The secret is in the hands. All the food, presentation, the mansion konak house are made by village women in Sayitabat Village in Bursa City. They make their tomato paste, jams, butter, and many more in the season. They serve this beautifully presented breakfast using copper old-style pans, bowls and even table trays. This is like an introduction to what they serve. I know it could have been more detailed.
