Here's my first decent attempt of the 'Dnepr's 50' Routine. I hadn't been able to complete it in big reps for all my rehab summer after getting over the shoulder injury. The quality of my pull-ups is not good (no full lockout) but my main goal was to hit 40 reps. And i managed to do it for the first time after injury! The further the better!
