Tender pieces of lobster, diced celery and chives bound with a little mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice and placed into a buttery New England style bread roll... absolutely delicious ! Lobster Salad Rolls 1 pound cooked lobster meat, cut into chunks 4 tablespoons salted butter 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup celery, finely diced 2 TBS chives, finely sliced 1 TBS lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 New England rolls or hot dog buns
