Another spooked Household Cavalry horse throws rider during military parade in London

This is the moment Household Cavalry horses were spooked during a military parade. Footage shows a horse rearing after it threw off a trooper on the same day a group of panicked horses ran wild through Central London. There was commotion among the crowd as a black horse appears unsettled and moves in a frantic manner. The horse is then seen walking away from the rider - lying motionless on the floor - with an empty saddle. A medic raced to treat the rider, surrounded by other military personnel and police officers as he lay on the floor.
