Learn a little about programming, a little about mechanisms, and a lot about... stone? Not really, but maybe? :) This machine's loading mechanism is based on a mining mucker - a low profile loader used for coal and other minerals. What sets a mucker aside from a regular loader is that a mucker lifts the bucket over itself and dumps it behind, usually into an awaiting cart unlike a regular loader that lifts, hauls, and unloads in front of itself. Doing so requires many hydraulic cylinders and pivot points. On a mucker, however, the system usually only uses one cylinder (sometimes pneumatic instead of hydraulic) and is designed in such a way that there are very few moving parts, and ones that _are_ there are easy to service. Does anyone still read these? Especially these really long descriptions? Comment “Rust In Pieces Haybot“ down below if you do.
