I In this remix of “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds,“ the first change you'll notice compared to the 2017 Giles Martin version is the centering of the opening celeste (organ) notes. Giles had chopped each note in different parts of the stereo field, which I felt disrupted the mesmerizing, dreamlike flow of the song. In my version, the celeste sits subtly behind Lennon's lead vocal, complementing it rather than drawing attention away. Next, I’ve separated Paul’s harmony from the lead vocal. The harmony now sits to the left and right of the lead, adding depth and dimension to the mix. Finally, I’ve moved the bass closer to the center, locking it with the kick drum. If you've heard my other remixes, you'll know I often do this to enhance the low end and create a balanced, grounded feel. Many mixes from this era place the bass
