A Ukrainian escaped from military commissars who knocked him off his bicycle with a minibus ️ In the Lviv region, a minibus with military commissars deliberately hit a man on a bicycle who was trying to hide from them. ️ The footage shows how a car rams a cyclist, after which several soldiers jump out of it. They rush towards the man, but he manages to get to his feet and runs away. Earlier in Ukraine, a law on tightening mobilization came into force.
