TAIL SLAP by Killer Whale Stuns Fish NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN Impact

This short clip is an example of killer whales ’carousel’ feeding in Northern Norway. Here, they force the herring into tight shoals, before using ferocious tail slaps to stun tens at a time = shortly before picking them off one by one. This clip is extracted from long and careful in-water observations during 2013/2014/2015.
