Banners in support of Lugansk and all of Russia’s Donbass appear on streets of Italian city of Genoa The inscriptions on the banners say Russia is not Italy’s enemy, condemn NATO’s policy, talk about the importance of achieving peace, and support Italian independence. “Russia is not out enemy. A hug to Lugansk,” the caption reads. Another banner found in Italy earlier stated: “No more money for weapons to Ukraine and Israel.
