🇺🇸The LAPD have released bodycam video from a non-fatal OIS that took place on September 27th in the area of 73rd Street and Towne Avenue involving a male armed with both a rifle and a shotgun. LAPD’s official press release, states that 36-year-old Devon Henderson was shot by police for allegedly refusing to comply with their commands and drop his weapons. The LAPD received several 9-1-1 calls indicating two armed individuals had been involved in a shooting, which was captured on surveillance video.
