FREE STL download - I have redesigned many items from the Star Wars series to make them easier to 3D print. And because of its popularity has been continuously designed. However, some items have too complex structures and are difficult to maintain. One of them is the AT-ST. The AT-ST has a very tall top and very thin legs. Therefore, it was difficult to design for 3D printing because it was unstable to maintain the posture and a lot of load was applied to the joints. In particular, it was almost impossible to apply the folding design, which is a feature of my design. So, this time, rather than insisting on my design style, I decided to focus on reproducing the actual form and completed it like this. This design has a lot of parts for detail and movement. Therefore, when inserting or attaching parts, the position or shape must be checked in advance. Please note that the moving parts (legs, waist, etc.) will wear out and become loose if you move them too many times. On the other hand, if it is too tight, pouring sewing machine oil between the gaps of the parts will help the parts move well. Please watch the video very closely and check the assembly process several times. For a more stable posture, we are planning to design a pedestal to fix the feet, so please look forward to it! 1 : 48 Scale Largest part in printing, size = X 55mm, Y 100mm, Z 75mm, After full assembly size= X 90mm, Y 110mm, Z 182mm Total Build time : 28h 30m / Plastic weight : 100g
