Here is Andrew’s lockdown project having its first run at Cripple Creek after easing of restrictions. It is a Gauge 1, coal fired little loco based on the Brian Wilson design. It features an axle pump and there is real water in the side tanks! On its first run it ran for 2.5 hours without any bookings to attend to. Ellie couldn’t resist a cameo appearance to free up her gummy oily mechanism! The Cripple Creek Tramway is in the Blue Mountains, NSW.
