Elon Musk accused Biden of lying  “I was in fact allowed to work in the US. The Biden puppet is lying,“ Musk wrote on X in response to Biden’s words that he had come to the US on a student visa, but instead worked and thereby “violated the law.“ Earlier, Biden accused Musk of being an “illegal worker“ when he was studying in the US. “He was supposed to be in school when he came on a student visa. He was violating the law,“ the US president stressed. Musk clarified that he used to have a J-1 visa (visa for individuals approved to participate in exchange visitor programs in the US) that transitioned to an H1-B visa (visa which allows US employers to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations). “They know this, as they have all my records.
