This is the MV to the intro and second track, “Call Me“, of Taegoon's debut mini album, which was released on January 15, 2009. DBSK's Jaejoong and actor Park Shinhye are the main characters of the MV, along with Taegoon, of course. (: From what I`ve heard, Taegoon and Jaejoong have been friends since their childhood or something? Anyways, it's something along the lines of that, which would probably be the reason why he's in it.
