A new 10000 steps workout is here! This 80 minute, 10K steps workout will get in your daily step count all in one workout to challenge your endurance. I purposely avoided squats in this workout so we get in more steps throughout the workout (but if you want squats, you can easily add them in). Fast walking intervals are also thrown in to make the workout go by faster. If 10000 steps at once is too much, you can break the workout into two different workouts (do half in the morning, and the last half later in the day).
