(20 Mar 1995) T/I: 10:19:22 Iraqi President Saddam Hussein on Sunday (19/3) inaugurated a rebuilt suspension bridge across the River Tigris, to replace one destroyed four years ago during the Gulf War. Just after midnight on Saturday,Saddam reopened the bridge by walking across it and reciting prayers.
