Making a Medieval barreled arrow by hand

An arrow was discovered in Westminster Abbey and is thought to date back to the Middle Ages. The shaft is barreled and the thickest part is in diameter. Using authentic hand tools, techniques and materials this is my interpretation of how arrows may have been produced during the Medieval and Tudor periods.
